Here are some important questions to know.

Is the site available on my wedding day?
General questions:
What is the full seating capacity?
How much parking is available? Is it free?
Are there handicap facilities available?
Is there a PA system or sound system available for use? How much?
Food/Catering:
Are kitchen facilities available? Is it included in the price?
Can an outside caterer be used?
What is the serving style of the meal (buffet, individual service)?
Is there a minimum number of servings required?
Is a midnight lunch available? How much?
Seating:
Are tables, chairs available? How much?
What kind of tables(round, rectangular)? How many people can sit at
a table?
Are tablecoverings, linens, cutlery, and glasses available? How much?
Is servingware available? is it china? How much?
Bar service:
Is there a bar service available? How much for corkage, etc?
Can we bring in our own liquor? Are there any extra charges for that?
Decorations:
When can decorating begin?
Are there any decorations that are prohibited? Which ones?
When must the decorations be removed by?
When can flowers be delivered to the reception facility?
Finally:
How much is the damage deposit, and what needs to be met in order to
get it all back?
Are there any extra fees to be aware of?
What is the full rental rate including all services agreed upon?
When does the full rental rate need to be paid by?
